To hate Russia is exactly the same way of hating the Germans in world war 2,But that is passing anyway.
If we are co operate with them those people feeding our mouth,s with there industrie and jobs.
But who cares about this,so as the people say,s here in Estonia (We need nobody then our self)and we shall survive or what ever??

People in Estonia are a little bit strange to putting this in the news for to get more attention from outsite but no respons at all,it is not working to kicking small stones to a big bear its only getting agressive. answer

Hmm my Estonian language skills are not that great, but it does seem to me from the comments on the Estonian site that the readers of Aripaev are a little bit less "extremist" than what you get on Delfi or Postimees... answer

Äripäev readers are business-oriented, so their attitude should be a bit different. answer

This opinion resonates very well with what I've been thinking for a long time now, that Estonian politicians are no less extreme than the Russian ones, that there's self-censorship in the local media, and that Berman, being one of the wealthiest export-oriented businessmen would make for an excellent independent (key word) representative of the Russian community. Well done. answer

I agree. Instead of picking fights with Russia, how about if the politicians focus on fixing the Estonian economy? answer

I am Ukranian-American.I was in Estonia two years ago and was shocked by the level of HATRED towards Russia.
It's very sad, because Estonia would highly benefit from business relationships with Russia, instead of playing stupid card of the past. Human rights of every person should be respected equally! answer

The problem does lie firmly with the politicians as both average Russian and Estonian businessman have no problems in friendly cooperation.

While Estonian Politicians have to face daily media criticism to account for their actions, unfortunately their counterparts in Russian do not and given the Russian pension for justifying everything based on nationalistic reasoning and finding scapegoats such as resurgent Estonian Nazism as potential and serious problems so it is not surprising that Estonian politicians have a problem finding clear opportunities for dialogue with their Russian counterparts, whose actual interest is to maintain tension in order to validate their own reason for being.

Yes average Russians and Estonian citizens have few problems, but until Russia's own politicians face criticism of their own media and electorate, it is very hard to see what more that Estonian Politicians can do.

Keeping a calm Estonian head however is a good start answer
