Proformest pays 6 million kroons for Otepää Golf
08.02.2010, 15:44Bankrupt Estonian golf club Otepää Golf has got a new owner: at the auction held on February 3, the company's assets were acquired by Proformest Ltd for about 6 million kroons, writes Äripäev.
The board member of Proformest is Hannes Rosin and Proformest itself belongs to WASP Project that sells ready-made companies.
Andres Hermet, bankruptcy trustee of Otepää Golf, said that the starting price of the company's assets was 36 million kroons. The assets were the golf club building that has been damaged by fire, maintenance hall, office building, golf equipment, cars and other leased assets. The assets also include two trademarks – Estonian Golf Academy and Otepää Golf Marathon.
