The original news said nothing about it, but in one earlier instance it was said that it did not have all contracts for land in place, meaning it had not reached the agreement with all land owners. answer

OK, the bankruptcy estate included building titles for the properties which include a golf club building, maintenance hall, office building and golf facilities, machinery and equipment, including equipment such as golf course maintenance systems, golf cars, etc taken on capital lease as well as land use contracts necessary for continuing the operations of the golf club plus the two trademarks. So it owns no land, but has the right to use it. answer
